The small baroque island of Ortigia is widely considered one of the most beautiful destinations in Sicily. I had the privilege of delivering (strangely) some beautiful Italian mid-century from London back to Italy.
Duomo di Syracusa is one of the most spectacular Piazzas anywhere ( and I have seen a few!).
Highly recommended whenever you are next in Sicily.
